Content maps and visualizing a lesson plan
Content maps are a great resource for creating a lesson plan and decreasing those feelings of being overwhelmed while developing class material. Included in the content map are specific steps for the lesson plan, including objectives, focus of the lesson and what students should learn with each one broken down into steps. Aspects of online learning and technology integrated include asynchronous and synchronous learning, blogs, mind maps and discussion threads. The website Bubbl was used to create the map below:
